This particular bathroom features a vanity, mirror, toilet, and tiled shower with glass shower doors.

Bedroom 3: The 3rd bedroom is located on the ocean side of the condo. This bedroom is furnished with a king bed and offers incredible views of the ocean and coastline. This oversized space features beautiful flooring, dresser, TV, windows that allow natural light, and access to your own private balcony. This particular balcony can only be accessed from this bedroom and offers endless views and privacy. Guests will also have access to the private bathroom from this room. Guests can see for miles down the Northern and Southern coast! The living area is adorned with a selection of premium furnishings, including an oversized TV, a motorized leather recliner couch, love seat, and chair, inviting you to unwind in style. The balcony is very large and is perfect for catching the sunrise and sunsets! It includes four cushioned chairs, a padded chaise lounge chair, and a dining table to take in the sights and sounds of the ocean as well as the morning sun

Just off from the kitchen, guests will find the dining table and chairs, as well as the full size washer and dryer.

Ocean Dunes Tower 1 is a 15 story complex located on the Northern tip of Myrtle Beach. Past guests have spoken highly of the area and love the fact that the resort doors stay locked for extra security. Guests must have a passcode to enter the resort at all times and this passcode will be provided prior to your arrival. Our guests will also have access to the outdoor pool that's located on the ground floor of the resort. The homeowner has also added several games inside the condo for both children and adults.

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Bedding, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay are included. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee. Guest's should be advised that a Ring doorbell is installed on the property to help the resort monitor traffic in the hallways. There are no cameras inside the property and we respect the privacy of our guests.

The unit was recently updated by the owner to be more accessible for all types of guests! While not fully handicap accessible by legal definition, it is close enough that if you have a helper or two, the resort/unit is easily navigated by those with handicaps!
