Nice home in Slakmöre with sauna

Spacious, cozy house with large terraces, one of which is covered. The house is situated in a very beautiful coastal area with swimming and fishing opportunities. Own rowing boat included. On the property there is a simpler, older house with 4 extra beds to rent directly from the owner. There is also a simple arbor and a small lawn for ball games. Many sights and interesting excursion destinations in the area. It is only 500 m to the sea, where you can enjoy the beautiful archipelago. The Smålandsleden hiking trail passes just 200 m from the house. It crosses several areas in the region. If you are interested in glass making, you can drive 45 minutes by car to Pukeberg, Boda is about an hour away. There is also a museum in Boda. It is 30 km to Kalmar for shopping, take a walk there too. There is a castle, an art museum, a regional museum, a maritime museum, the cathedral, the city park and much more. Öland is not far from here either, you can reach the bridge in 30 minutes. The island is 130 km long and is marked by famous lighthouses at its northern and southern tips. Other places of interest are the Alvaret, Borgholm with Borgholm Castle and Solliden as well as Böda Beach and Eketorp. In the latter town, you can discover art in countless galleries.

Typical Swedish house in quiet neighbourhood

The house has plenty of space , a bathroom with all needed comfort, a kichen whit lot of space and well equiped.There is a large patio with sunny place and shadow.Some of the beds could have better matresses. The envirement is very peacefull, there is a little harbour where there is a rowing boat at your disposition. You can do nice excurcions: Kalmar, north and sud of Oland, Borgholm, Pataholm, old ruine just outside Monsterras. We will come back!

Das Haus war schon schön, nur einige Sachen müssen erneuert werden, wie z.B das Rollo im Badezimmer...die ganzen schränke in der Küche müssen abgeseift werden sowie wie alle Türen....das Licht auf der Terrasse geht nicht. Allgemein eine grundreinigung müsste gemacht werden.
