This beautiful house is located on the owner's property, but with its own terrace and shady and mature garden. A house with wonderful character and beautiful surroundings. Borgholm with Borgholm Castle and the royal Solliden are at a comfortable distance. A little further north you will find fantastic, wide sandy beaches in Köpingsvik. In the middle of Öland, excellent location for day trips all over the island.

Mysigt enkelt boende. Lantlig miljö. Bra värd. Om en enklare gammaldags stuga eftersöks så är detta jättebra. Lite rymligare än vad som framgår på bilderna. Alla sängplatser är enkelsängar dock.

Ferien bei Petterson und Findus

Das Ferienhaus und seine Lage sind sehr genau beschrieben. Die Anfahrt auch - man würde es sonst nicht finden. Es ist ein passend eingerichtetes, typisch schwedisches Sommerhaus im Stil des 19. Jahrhunderts. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und idyllisch, die Vermieter zurückhaltend und respektvoll, aber immer ansprechbar. Einziges Manko sind die drei Einzelbetten, von denen zwei nur mit viel Kraft zusammengeschoben werden können - also eher nichts sind für Paare, die Nähe UND Platz beim Schlafen brauchen (deshalb ein Stern Abzug). Die Umgebung ist hinreißend grün, das Meer nur 4 km, ein Sandstrand ca. 15 km entfernt. Das Schloss Borgholm (ca. 9km entfernt) mit dem naheliegenden Sommerschloss Solliden der Königsfamilie ist beeindruckend. Außerdem ist das Museumsdorf Himmelsberga sehr sehenswert und nur 5 km entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der sehr nahen und ebenfalls sehenswerten Stadt Borgholm, die zwar die größte der Insel ist, aber eher die Atmosphäre einer kleinen Hafenstadt verströmt. Dort gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés, von denen das Ebba Café sicherlich das schönste und interessanteste ist. Fazit: Wer Urlaub in Schweden machen und von allem ein bisschen erleben will, der ist hier richtig. Es gibt zahlreiche Weltkultur- und Weltnaturerbestätten auf Öland, die in weniger als einer Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind, viele Freizeitangebote, aber eben auch Ruhe und Entspannung in der Natur, wenn man sie braucht - weit ab von den Touristenmagneten - wie in jenem Ferienhaus.
