The house is a minute's walk from a beautiful Baltic Sea bay, in a quiet holiday home area. It has a large garden (850sqm) with a pond. The nearest swimming area is a five-minute walk away. The house has a winter garden, two sun terraces and a carport. It is fully equipped, five simple bicycles are available, a motor boat can be rented cheaply.

There is also an outside house with two beds, ideal for children who want to "hide".

Behind the house there is a meadow with a soccer goal and a park-like forest. The whole settlement is traffic-calmed, has a soccer field, a tennis court, a boules alley, fitness equipment and a small playground.

Great holiday home with lots of space

Very spacious holiday home with a lot of care in it from the owners. Everything you need is there! We had a wonderfull time with our sons (12 and 10 yo). Only thing they missed was wifi (television was in German so not for us). 😉 We've enjoyed the beautiful garden and surroundings with all the small islands. Only one thing that wasn't a 5 star experience was the bed in the 'parents room'. It was very soft (backache) and could use some new pillows and bedding. But everything was clean!

Das Haus ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt schön ruhig in der NĂ€he des Badeplatzes (ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Der Garten ist idyllisch angelegt und lĂ€d zum verweilen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in FĂ„gelsudden nicht, jedoch gibt es in Rockneby einen ICA der gut ausgestattet ist.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage. Es war alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt und absolut ruhig.In der Umgebung haben wir vieles besichtigt.Besonders Öland und Kalmar haben uns beeindruckt.

Tolle Gegend

Der Aufenthalt war toll, die Umgebung einfach schön. Und bis Kalmar war es nicht weit. Im Haus hat uns besonders der Wintergarten mit seinem Ausblick in den Garten gefallen.

Großes Ferienhaus naturnah und in absolut ruhiger Umgebung

Wir durften einige Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbringen. ‹Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer idyllischen Ferienhaus-/Wochenendsiedlung, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Die Lage ist ideal fĂŒr Naturliebhaber, da man die Umgebung hervorragend mit dem Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß erkunden kann. Wir haben oft abends SpaziergĂ€nge durch die Siedlung und zum nahegelegenen Strand gemacht, von wo aus man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die SchĂ€ren genießen konnte. Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit waren einfach himmlisch. ‹Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Wintergarten, den wir jeden Abend genutzt haben. Er bot eine wunderbare Möglichkeit, die Abende gemĂŒtlich ausklingen zu lassen. Der kleine Garten mit dem Teich war ebenfalls ein Highlight und das PlĂ€tschern trug zur entspannten AtmosphĂ€re bei. ‹Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen, und wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man fĂŒr einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, und wir können es uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen. Wenn Sie nach einem Ort suchen, an dem Sie sich entspannen und die Natur genießen können, ist dieses Ferienhaus die perfekte Wahl. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber!

SpÀtsommer in Schweden

Das Haus ist sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die ruhige Lage in einer kleinen Siedlung in WassernĂ€he (keine fĂŒnf Minuten zu Fuß) ist ein Traum. Und an Tagen mit schlechtem Wetter ist der Wintergarten ein gemĂŒtlicher RĂŒckzugsort. Wir haben uns super wohl gefĂŒhlt!

Tolle UrlaubsatmosphĂ€re in einem sehr grĂ¶ĂŸzĂŒgigen Ferienhaus. Herrlicher Wintergarten, schöner Aussenbereich und viele FreizeitaktivitĂ€ten in der Siedlung. Super Lage. Zu sechst haben wir die 3 Wochen Urlaub wirklich sehr genossen. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Waschmaschine, SpĂŒlmaschine, leider keine Mikrowelle. Sehr schöne Lage in NĂ€he zum Meer, mit sehr guten Wandermöglichkeiten. Einkaufen leider ein wenig außerhalb entweder in Rockneby oder, wenn es etwas grĂ¶ĂŸer mit mehr Auswahl sein soll Kalmar bzw. Mönsteros. WICHTIG: Wer arbeiten will sollte sich eine lokale Simkarte besorgen, da es kein Wifi im Haus gibt.

Wir waren wegen des Sportevents da. Das Haus war schön, und der Garten wunderschön angelegt. Alles was gebraucht wurde war vorhanden. Allerdings haben wir anfangs erstmal in der KĂŒche sauber machen mĂŒssen. Insgesamt hat es uns aber sehr gut gefallen.

Beautiful location, surrounded by woodland and peaceful, quiet area with bathing area near by.

Well equipped property, comfortable and with free bike use too which was a bonus. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable, lots of different areas in house to relax in, great garden and garden furniture. We loved the oak and beech woods and the cycle ride to Pataholm. Saw hares, many birds and deer. Only wish would be to have a few more comfortable, feather pillows on each bed instead of just one.

GemĂŒtliches Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist genauso hĂŒbsch, wie beschrieben, die Natur rundherum ein Traum. Die ruhige Ferienhaussiedlung bietet allerlei Möglichkeiten fĂŒr die Kinder, außerdem gibt es in der nĂ€heren Umgebung viele schöne StrĂ€nde und lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele (z.B. Öland, Kalmar, Oskarshamn, etwas weiter entfernt Astrid Lindgrens Welt). Alles in allem top!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, nur ein paar Minuten bis zur Ostsee. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und schnell eingelebt. Einziges Manko fĂŒr uns das kleine Kinderzimmer, da wir zu 4 Erwachsenen und einem Baby angereist sind. Auch die KĂŒche könnte grĂ¶ĂŸer und moderner sein, aber man kommt auch gut so zurecht. Man hat viel Platz im Wohnzimmer, dem Speisezimmer und dem Wintergarten, im Haus ist es hell und freundlich, zum Badeplatz ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Wir können das Haus fĂŒr eine Familie mit 2 Kindern die Ruhe sucht nur empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt in der kleinen Oase.Sehr gern wĂŒrden wir dorthin wieder reisen. Es fehlte an nichts. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes HĂ€uschen. Es gab deutschsprachige BĂŒcher, was ich hervorragend fand, da ich meine LektĂŒre vergessen hatte. Also alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wohl gefĂŒhlt im Ferienhaus und der wunderschönen Umgebung. Ob nach AusflĂŒgen ans Meer, auf Öland oder nach sportlichen AktivitĂ€ten ganz in der NĂ€he - zurĂŒck kamen wir ins "Schweden- Zuhause" (Aussage der Kinder). Danke dafĂŒr!!!

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr einen Uralub in Schweden braucht. Das Haus und GrundstĂŒck ist einem gut gepfegten Zustand. Neben der Möglichkeit vor Ort gibt es gute erreichbare Urlaubsstation mit dem Rad und Auto.

Fantastic Stay

Pleasant getaway from the city to relax with the proximity of nature in perfect settings. Olaf is a great host and very well managed property. Great launch pad for nearby attractions and sight seeing.

Wundervoll

Wir fanden ein hervorragend ausgestattetes Haus mit viel FlÀche und schönen RÀumlichkeiten in sehr ruhiger und wunderschöner Umgebung vor. Ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Wasser, verschiedene Badestellen, ein kleiner Rundweg an dem unsere Kinder vor allen Dingen die Boulebahn liebten. Viele Tagesausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Idyllischer Schwedenurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch und ist genau so schön wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Ideal fĂŒr alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. FĂŒr den Fussweg zur Badestelle wĂŒrden wir uns beim nĂ€chsten Mal einen Bollerwagen mitnehmen, um fĂŒr 4 Leute alles zu verstauen. Wir mochten auch den Rundweg um die Siedlung sehr, bei der es fĂŒr Kinder von Ameisenhaufen bis KĂŒhe, die durch's Wasser waten, viel zu entdecken gibt. Die SandstrĂ€nde auf Öland sind auch einen Ausflug wert. Gerne wieder😀
