Public parking nearby. Private terrace with lovely views of the Valley and the mountain. Village house located 300 m from the slopes (Paradiski area). Quiet charming typical village of Savoie and residential sector. Immediate environment of Prairie and forest quality. Good comfort. Decoration with romantic atmosphere. Rental SUNDAY - SUNDAY (except summer). Charming village house located 200m from the slopes of the vast Arcs/Paradiski area (one of the largest ski areas in the world with 430km of slopes). Privileged location in the heart of the Haute-Tarentaise in close proximity to many other leading ski areas including some world-renowned ones: Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise 9km away, Tignes 14km away (Espace Killy), Val d'Isère 21km away (Espace Killy), La Rosière 1850/Espace San Bernardo 16km away (unique area in Savoie straddling France and Italy).
