This was the perfect getaway rental and Chris was the perfect host! This was the cleanest and best equipped rental I think I’ve ever stayed in. It made our trip so enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again. I would give it 6 stars if I could!

The condo backs onto the golf course which is serene and so lovely. The beds were comfortable. Some of the cleaning amenities could have been restocked (detergent, shower gel) but overall was a good stay.

Nice place to stay. Pool was good size and clean. Chris was very helpful!! Only thing I can suggest is newer cook ware, light in kitchen needs to be replaced & couldn't figure out the shower head.

Thank you Chris for allowing us to stay at your condo for a last minute vacation. I tried to rent the property the day of, and ran into such an issue with VRBO. I spent over an hour with many of their customer service agents with no help. I reached out to Chris (the owner), who got back to me immediately. He had the same issue with them as well, but was able to figure out a work around. He was so kind and communicative. The condo was fantastic. Smelled new and inviting once we stepped in and was exactly like the description, even better. It felt like we were the first people to ever stay there. It was beyond clean and organized with extra little ammenities that were well thought of. The bottle of wine and bag of treats were a great surprise and the options for coffee a plus. (A little something for me and my husband and for our 16 year old son) We appreciated the toiletries left for us in each bathroom. You really did go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was great. We really didn't have to go out on the main road except to go to the beach. Everything was right there that we needed, including restaurants and the option of pools. Overall, this was a great, fun, relaxing experience and we will definitely reach out again when we visit Myrtle. I almost don't want to praise this place too much, or it may not be available for us when we want to stay again! But that wouldn't be fair to the owner and he deserves all the 5 star reviews and praise that he gets!

My husband and I came for a birthday golf weekend and we really enjoyed our stay. Very close to everything with a lot of options to food and fun. Beautiful golf course. We enjoyed the large pool and the marina for food a drinks. Chris was very responsive to all our questions. Condo is nestled at the back of a much larger neighborhood amongst multiple courses.

Great location! Great place to stay!!!

We had an amazing weekend at the condo. The location was so convenient and close to everything including good restaurants, shopping, etc. The owner was super responsive and kind. Loved it!!!
