About this property

Our newly renovated private house is walking distance to the beach. 2 bedroom 2 full baths. Vaulted living room ceiling with a decorative brick fireplace. 6 seater dining room table with a full kitchen, and private patio with table and chairs, and plenty of closet space. 1 block from golf cart rental, scooter rental, bbq rental, and beach gear. 1 mile from Barefoot Landing, North Myrtle Beach’s largest attraction. Walking distance from hotel bars, restaurants and more.

1 master bedroom with queen size bed and master bath, 1 bedroom with 2 full beds and full bathroom. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet and full bathroom, 40inch smart tv, direct access to back patio through sliding glass doors in the room. Personal desk area that fits a laptop with plenty of room for work or leisure. The double bedroom has 2 large closets with plenty of space, 32inch fire tv. We have a highchair and booster seat located in the living room closet if you’re traveling with small children, and the master bedroom closet has a pack n play.

Minimum age for renting is 25 years old. No Exceptions. Absolutely no smoking inside the home and no parties. There is plenty of room in the driveway, it can fit a pickup truck and an RV. Please do not park in front of the home or on the lawn area. The driveway has plenty of space. The fence offers privacy for the back patio and side of the house.

Please do not take any bath towels or any linens/comforters to the beach. These towels are specifically for you to shower whether using the inside shower or outdoor shower in the home.

Please respect our rules and our home. We put a lot of time and effort in to making this place feel like you’re home away from home.

This is a very central location to everything North Myrtle Beach has to offer.

If you have any questions during your stay please don’t hesitate to reach out and I will gladly help in any way I can. We are local to the area.

***NOTE: For stays of 28 days or longer we require a 1 month security deposit that will be issued back to you upon check out. We require this because of AirBnB's long term stay cancellation policy (we had a guest cancel in the middle of their long term stay and left us scrambling to get last minute bookings.)

Great weekend getaway!

This house is perfect only a couple blocks from the beach! Close to everything! Nice, clean, and cozy. We were able to go out and have dinner then come back and peacefully relax! Repeat customers who will come again.

Comfortable and convenient

Very comfortable and homey. Great place if traveling with dogs. Had one problem but the owners worked diligently to correct it. While the kitchen is adequately stocked for a short stay it was a little lacking for a 6 week stay and that level of cooking. Location is very convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

We are central to everything North Myrtle Beach has to offer! Not only are we a 5 minute walk down to the beach, but we are a 5 minute drive to Barefoot landing one of North Myrtle Beach's largest attractions. We are about a 15 min drive to Broadway at the Beach, The Hollywood Wax Museum, Water parks and so much more! Staying here you have everything you want or need within a few minutes, whether its local bars, restaurants, shopping or just leisurely walks or bike rides we have it all!

What makes this property unique

The driveway is very accommodating to large vehicles like pick up trucks and RV's, we are pet friendly with 100% ceramic tile floors for an easy clean up. We provide our linens, bath towels, wash cloths and extra pillows and blankets unlike most places. We have a fully loaded kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, bake ware, dishwasher, washer and dryer and even an outdoor shower. We are also one of the few places within walking distance to beach gear rentals, bbq rental, golf cart rentals, and a cigar lounge. Plenty of hosts do not live close to their property like we do, so if you need anything we are nearby and able to help when we can.
