About this property

King Bed - Private Deck - Walk To Beach - Arcade - Dogs OK - Baby Gear - Laundry

Our newly renovated private house is a short walk to the beach. Full kitchen with all the essentials. Private back patio with table & chairs. Fast wifi, smart TVs & ceiling fans in every room. Tiled floors throughout & plenty of closet space. Washer & dryer, hi-chair, pack n play. New arcade system. Large driveway. Dogs Welcome.

Master bedroom has King size bed with memory foam mattress and private access to back patio through sliding glass doors, large walk-in closet, full bathroom, 40" smart TV, and work desk with plenty of room for a laptop.

Double bedroom has 2 full size beds and full bathroom, large closets with plenty of space, and a 32" smart TV.

Kitchen is equipped with all appliances as well as pots, pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster oven and more. There is a 6 seater dining table off the kitchen.

Living room has 50" smart TV, sofa with pullout queen size bed, loveseat, recliner, and an arcade system to keep the kids busy (and adults!) in case of a rainy day.

There is also a washer and dryer in the laundry closet.

We have a highchair and booster seat located in the living room closet if you’re traveling with small children, and the master bedroom closet has a pack n play.

Ceramic tile floors throughout the entire house keeps things clean. Ceiling fans are in every room. We also have central air.

Dogs are welcome.

The beach is approximately 0.3 miles away. It takes most guest about 5 minutes to walk there. You can also walk to the hotel bars, restaurants, golf cart & scooter rentals. We are about 1 mile from Barefoot Landing, Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, & more. There is also an award winning miniature golf course and batting cages called Hawaiian Rumble Golf and Batting Cages a few blocks away.

We also rent out the following items for an additional fee: Backpack beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wagon, and beach cooler on wheels. We only rent to our own guests that are staying with us. Ask us for more info and a price list.

Minimum age for renting is 25 years old. No Exceptions. Absolutely no smoking inside the home and no parties. There is plenty of room in the driveway, it can fit a pickup truck and an RV. Please do not park in front of the home or on the lawn area. The driveway has plenty of space. The fence offers privacy for the back patio and side of the house.

Please do not take any bath towels or any linens/comforters to the beach. These towels are specifically for you to shower whether using the inside shower or outdoor shower in the home.

Please respect our rules and our home. We put a lot of time and effort in to making this place feel like you’re home away from home.

This is a very central location to everything North Myrtle Beach has to offer.

This was a great property for our stay! We took our boys, their grandparents, and our dogs down for a long weekend. Its very local to almost everything and so convenient. The neighborhood was very dog friendly which is always a huge plus for us. Its a short walk to the beach and a quiet neighborhood for being so close. Overall this was the perfect stay for us and our family. Everyone fully enjoyed their stay. If we head back that way we would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in NMB at this listing. Great house close to the beach. They had everything we needed, nothing we didn’t. The property manager communicated effectively, but didn’t wear us out with messages the whole time which I appreciated. If available, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We are local to Myrtle Beach and love every part of it! We love North Myrtle, we love the beach and we enjoy taking our kids out and utilizing everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Please let us know if you need any advice on where to go, we are locals and live nearby.

Why they chose this property

We are central to everything North Myrtle Beach has to offer! The beach is approximately 0.3 miles away from our home. It takes most guests about 5 minutes to walk there. We are a 5 minute drive to Barefoot Landing, one of North Myrtle Beach's largest attractions. Also, Duplin Winery and Alligator Adventure are 1 mile away. We are surrounded by restaurants and miniature golf. We are about a 15 min drive to Broadway at the Beach, The Hollywood Wax Museum, Water parks, and so much more! Staying here you have everything you want or need within a few minutes, whether its local bars, restaurants, shopping or just leisurely walks or bike rides we have it all!

What makes this property unique

The driveway is very accommodating to large vehicles like pick up trucks and RV's, we are pet friendly with 100% ceramic tile floors for an easy clean up. We provide our linens, bath towels, wash cloths and extra pillows and blankets unlike most places. We have a fully loaded kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, bake ware, dishwasher, washer and dryer and even an outdoor shower. We are also one of the few places that also rents out beach gear. Plenty of hosts do not live close to their property like we do, so if you need anything we are nearby and able to help when we can.

We rent out the following items for an additional fee: Backpack beach chairs, beach umbrellas, gas bbq, charcoal bbq, beach wagon, beach cooler on wheels, bicycles, strollers, cornhole, & more! We only rent to our own guests that are staying with us. Ask us for more info and a price list.

There is golf cart and scooter rental shop around the block. Should you choose to rent a golf cart the company is Mopeds and Golf carts for Rent. If you decide you would like to rent and need their number just send me a message and I’ll provide you with their information. Down the block from our location is also a beach gear rental shop.

There is also an award winning miniature golf course and batting cages called Hawaiian Rumble Golf and Batting Cages a few blocks away. Some of the best restaurants and bars are walking distance. 1 mile from Barefoot Landing, North Myrtle Beach’s largest attraction as well as Duplin Winery and Alligator Adventure.
