Double balcony + terrace + gently sloping land. Access by stony path over 200m. St Jean de Chevelu landscaped lake 7km. Beaches + sailing Lake Bourget 14km. Chalet in the heart of the vineyards. Sunny Southwest Coteau. Beautiful preserved natural surroundings between vineyards and forest. Good comfort. Nice outdoor space landscaped and flowered. Gravel terrace. Splendid panoramic view over the countryside, vineyards and the mountain.
