Had a great stay overall! Fantastic location with great beach views. The host, Eric, was very responsive to questions. Kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed. Beach chairs and plenty of towels were available, which was super convenient. The rental was clean and spacious. We’ll definitely be back!

Go for the location alone! The patio is right on Mission Beach, directly on the boardwalk, and the views are fantastic. There’s also a wall A/C unit in the upstairs bedroom, which was a nice bonus if you want a cool place to relax or sleep after a day at the beach.

Would go back here in a second. Landlord incredibly responsive and helpful. Location could not have been better!!! Patio was so comfortable, feel the sea breeze, hear and see the waves, watch the people-couldn’t be more perfect! The place was stocked with all essentials. Able to cook a meal and soooo close was a ‘best taco’ place Sandbar, ate there a couple times. Had an incredible burger and bbq at Coasters. And inside was very comfortable!!!! A serious 5/5 stars.

Being on the beach was the best! This was also the only place that allowed events, which is why I chose this property. We wanted to celebrate my son’s graduation on the beach with friends and family, and I wanted to keep the food indoors. We just had to notify our host and get prior approval. Eric, our host, was quick to reply to messages. We were happy with our stay!

San Diego Beach Vacation

This was a perfect house to stay in with our family for our San Diego trip. The location was close to many restaurants and the hosue was comfortable for all of us. The beachfront views can't be beat.

Our host Eric is absolutely amazing! He answered all questions quickly. Helped us with an additional accommodation we requested seamlessly. Accommodations were exactly as described. Beautiful rental and can’t beat the view! We’ll definitely book again in the future! We had an amazing stay!!!

Great mission beach location

Great stay in San Diego on Mission Beach. Fun to just sit out on the deck and stare out at the ocean and people watch. Close to Belmont Park and restaurants.

The view and location of this property is amazing. Right on the boardwalk. Steps away from the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean from the patio. And the host is wonderful to work with and very flexible. I would stay here again in the future.
