Skiing (downhill + background) Revard 14 km, la Féclaz 17 km. Beach + sailing Lake Bourget 12km. Baths + golf Aix les Bains 11km. Beautiful contemporary country house situated 12 km from the Bourget lake. Residential sector very quiet in the Aix countryside, at the foot of the massif des Bauges. Beautiful natural setting. Good comfort. Very warm. Spacious and bright. Large covered terrace of 15 m². Beautiful garden landscaped and very ornate. Very unobstructed view of the countryside and the mountains. Contemporary country house located 12km from the beach of Lac du Bourget and 10km from Aix les Bains, a famous spa town. At the foot of the Bauges Regional Natural Park with magnificent walks and hikes. Close to numerous water, fun and outdoor activities. Mountain bike circuits and bike rides in the middle of this gentle mountain or along the Bourget lake path. Privileged location for visiting the region: Chambéry and Annecy, cities of Art and History. An ideal stay between lake and mountains!
