Vacation apartment in two-family house, resulting from the renovation of an ancient farmhouse, 5 km from Montecatini. The furnishings of the apartment are traditional with underfloor heating (hot and cold air), equipped kitchen and spacious rooms. On the first floor there is a bedroom with bathroom and a kitchen, which can be separated by a door from the large apartment. The swimming pool with equipped veranda invites you to relax. Ideal location for day trips to the beautiful city of Lucca, the Appenine mountains around Pistoia (Abetone) and Florence. Golf course and the thermal baths of Montecatini 5 km away. 300 m away a velodrome. Possibility of excursions in a nearby nature reserve.
