This wonderful Vacation Home is located in the exciting resort of Windsor At Westside, just around the corner of the newly built Margarita Ville offering multiple new and exciting dining options, shopping and entertainment.Very close proximity to Disney theme parks and the Very New Water park in the area Island H2O.
The resort itself offers State of the art 10,000 sq ft Club House, a large community pool/kids splash area and a slide/Lazy river/Tennis court/ Tiki Bar, Snack place and More!

Our vacation home has everything a family may need to enjoy a fabulous vacation! Our kitchen is fully stocked and the home offers the ultimate cozy atmosphere!
We are located right next to the Club house and our south facing private pool is heated year round.

We are located in the resort and available 24/7
While we give our guests full privacy, we are committed to excellent service and available for anything they may need!

It doesn’t get better than this for a group visiting Disney

We had a very smooth stay at The Happy Place. The home is spacious and comfortable. The small pool is a bonus for days when there wasn’t enough time to visit the clubhouse and pool. Stani and Russel are very easy to check in with and we really appreciated their responsiveness. Lots of bathrooms and tvs for everyone to relax in their own zones. We did find the beds in the Harry Potter room were very uncomfortable and so the kids couldn’t use that room for sleeping. The master on the main floor has a box spring that is smaller than the mattress. We were all able find arrangements for our party (4 adults 3 kids) to sleep comfortably, but the beds in the Harry Potter room would need a mattress upgrade to house more people.

Great space!

Me & my family had a great weekend here! Host had a fast response time to any questions had which is fantastic because that has not always been my experience when renting in other places but no complaints here! I would definitely rent again!
