Bonjour, nous avions parlé sur le type de logement que je propose assez longuement avec Madame Bourcier.Il s agit d un petit logement de 27 m2 au prix d une chambre chez l habitant avec une kitchenette, WC et baignoire en toute indépendance.Vous m aviez bien répondu que c était pour vous reposer et que vous n' étiez pas exigeants.Je suis vraiment désolée que vous n ayez pas apprécié votre séjour car le logement ne correspond pas à vos attentes.Je vous ai envoyé un message pour demander si tout allait bien au début du séjour et le retour de message était positif.Quant à la propreté, je remonte votre mécontentement à la personne dont c est le métier.Pour l humidité, y a un système de ventilation électrique en permanence qui a été installé par un électricien.Cette année la région a subi de fortes inondations, la terre est très humide, d autant que c est un ancien moulin avec un ruisseau à côté.Un arrangement sur un départ dès le début car vous ne vous plaisez pas , aurait été nécessaire et nous aurions trouvé la meilleure solution possible , même un remboursement complet, plutôt qu avoir la déception de lire votre critique méchante .Heureusement le livre d' or de "notre refuge" est rempli de messages positifs et encourageants de voyageurs de toute la France et d Europe et c est très appréciable.Cordialement Karine.
