Marsh Front with spectacular views, gorgeous Cottage A is simply a perfect location and home for your getaway! Just minutes walk to town and less than one hundred steps to the boat launch and Kayak Beach.
Two beautiful decks and a fabulous blue stone patio for al fresco dining.
The first level of the home sits 11 feet above the ground and has a beautiful living and kitchen space with a chef's new appliances, laundry and half bath. Also a nice size bunk room with full bath. The second level has two large bedrooms with king beds and on-suite bathrooms. All of this just built a little over one year ago. Blue Flag builders have created some of the most beautiful home enclave neighborhoods on the Island.

5 stars - what a fabulous house

My family of 4 spent a week at the house. It was everything we could have asked for and more. The check in process was easy and Paula allowed us to check in early once we got to the house. The house was beautiful. Top quality everything and the location was perfect. Right across the street from the water and close to the center of town. We will be back!!!
