Two beautiful decks and a fabulous blue stone patio for al fresco dining.
The first level of the home sits 11 feet above the ground and has a beautiful living and kitchen space with a chef's new appliances, laundry and half bath. Also a nice size bunk room with full bath. The second level has two large bedrooms with king beds and on-suite bathrooms. All of this just built a little over one year ago. Blue Flag builders have created some of the most beautiful home enclave neighborhoods on the Island.

My husband and I were married on Nantucket and call this our special-place! We keep an immaculate home and have received only 5 star reviews. We have a full time caretaker, whom is the very best on the Island. We love our Cottage and hope you do as well.
Why they chose this property
The Polly Cottage is truly unique in that it is private, brand-new, high end construction with marsh and water views.....all while being only a 5 minute walk to town.
