Within walking distance of the beautiful and maritime town of Nysted lies this exclusive quality house with a beautiful view over the Baltic Sea. An architect designed and nicely designed house with many thoughtful details. The many windows provide a good incidence of light. The comfortable kitchen is connected to the dining room and is a wonderful place to enjoy the view. The modern living room is furnished with quality furniture and a wood-burning stove, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in peace while the kids are having fun. From here you can access a lovely terrace with an excellent view. The house is within driving distance of Knuthenborg safari park, the medieval center in Nykøbing Falster and an 18-hole golf course. TV with many channels, including Discoverz, CNN, Planet and VHR.
