Kundenservice dringend optimierungsbedürftig.

Leider keinerlei Rückmeldung nach der Buchung von Endreinigung bekommen. Lediglich eine Woche später eine "Erinnerungsmail" dass wir nun endlich das Geld überweisen sollen. Das fanden wir alle " nicht gut"! Bis heute, wir haben geatern ausgecheclt, kam diesbezüglich weder eine Korrektur der Buchungen, noch rine Bestätigunhsmail, dass das Geld angekommen ist!!!!!!!! Das ist kein guter Kundenservice. Bei Novasol war weder telefonisch, noch vor Ort jemand erreichbar.... Schade, hat für unnötigen Ärger gesorgt. Unser Urlaub war trotzdem schön, besondere Landschaft, tolle Natur, zum Schluss auch tilles Wetter.
