Secluded 60's Cottage - By Traum Ferienwohnungen

This authentic holiday cottage from the 1960s is located on a large, secluded plot in walking distance of Havneby, a golf course and shops. The kitchen is half-open towards the dining and living room. There is a sofa bed in the living room. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Wir waren gar nicht zufrieden. Sind nach 2 Stunden wieder abgereist. Die Unterkunft hat gestunken, verkeimt,elektrisch sehr gefährlich .Für den vorhandenen Ofen war kein Holz da , so das wir im Unterholz nach Stöckern suchen mussten.Die Garage entpuppte sich als alter Gammelschuppen mit lauter Unrat.Die Bilder und angegebenen Details stimmen mit dem jetzigen Zustand in keinster Weise überein.

heruntergekommenes Objekt

Die Lage ist ok, wer auf abgeschiedene Romantik im Wald steht. Das ist aber auch das einzig Positive. Die Hütte hat mehr den Charakter eines alten Forsthauses, daß lange nicht benutzt wurde. Der Vermieter (DanCenter) war nicht zu erreichen. Das Ganze machte einen verwahrlosten und heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Die Bilder vom Objekt sind zwar kein Fake, stammen aber wohl aus besseren Zeiten. Alles in allem eine große Enttäuschung :(.

Urig & gemütlich

Uriges & gemütliches, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Holzhaus in einer abgelegenen Gegend. Hier hat man schön seine Ruhe. Zu dem Haus gehört ein großes verwildertes Grundstück mit viel Rasen und verschiedensten Laub- und Nadelbäumen. In den Bäumen gibt es viele Vögel. Wir meinen Finken erkannt zu haben. Wer keinen Wert auf Luxus legt, sondern sich auch mit "eher spartanisch" arrangieren kann, wird sich hier wohlfühlen, denn alles was man wirklich braucht ist vorhanden, plus ein Kaminofen, der für Behaglichkeit sorgt. Und immerhin WLAN inklusive. Das Bad könnte wirklich mal renoviert werden, und die Heizung im Schlafzimmer gefixt werden, aber alles in allem ist das Haus für den Preis total in Ordnung. Der nächste Kaufmannsladen ist keinen Kilometer enfernt und hat auch Sonntags auf. Wenn man einen richtigen Strand sehen will, muss man nach Lakolk fahren. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit hier und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage ist sehr zurückgezogen, die Gegend ist eher dürn besiedelt, Es gibt kein "Gegenüber", Dadurch hat man dort wirklich seine Ruhe, Zu dem Haus gehört ein großes Grundstück, das einen "verwilderten" Eindruck macht, mit viel ungeschnittenem Rasen, Bäume die ich zwischen 2-3 und 50 Jahren Alter schützen würde - Eichen, Buchen, Nadelbäume, Rhododendren - das hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Auch der Kaminofen war zum einsetzenden Herbst wirklich angenehm zu haben, Und, nochmal zur Lage, trotz der Zurückgezogenheit war der nächste Supermarkt nicht weiter als 1 km entfernt, und der hat sogar Sonntags auf, und für die Region auch völlig akzeptable Lebensmittelpreise, / / Das Haus selbst würden wir als urig bezeichnen, Spartanisch allerdings auch, aber alles was man wirklich braucht, ist da, 2 kleine Abzüge würden wir geben, weil a,) die Heizung ausgerechnet im Schlafzimmer nicht funktioniert hat, was wegen Einsetzen des Herbstes nicht so angenehm war, aber nur die letzten 3 Tage unseres Gastgebers betrügen, und b,) das Bad doch schon recht runtergerockt ist, / / Deshalb würden wir dem Haus auf jeden Fall eine Gesamtnote "gut" geben, Nicht top Niveau, was bei dem Preis aber auch kaum zu erwarten ist, aber für den Preis allemal okay, Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort, Würden wir gerne wieder buchen, Wenn die Heizung im Schlafzimmer repariert wird, auch im Herbst und Winter,
