House hunting

We booked for 5 weeks to go house hunting in the area. The little house was perfect. Very clean, modern and warm as the weather turned cooler. Fully equipped kitchen so we were able to shop and cook just like at home and do our laundry. Good wifi and we took our firestick so we could also watch uk TV. Our host Laurent was lovely and very welcoming but did not intrude at all. We used the pool once at the beginning of our stay when the weather was still warm. Perfect place for a couple to stay. Nice village within walking distance. Easy access ro loads of lovely towns,villages and gorgeous countryside. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again private cater

Perfect place for us

We loved Laurent’s holiday home from the moment we saw it! Just a perfect size for us, with every modern convenience we needed. The bed was so comfortable and it was lovely having the French doors opening out onto the pool area as there was a breeze to cool the room. Ample space for unpacking clothes and hanging space for two. The shower was nice and powerful and we thought the separate WC was a great idea! A great quality hairdryer in there too! The kitchen facilities were superb-we ate a lot in the house and like to cook so the hob and oven were fantastic, with all the dishes and utensils to hand. We had access to the internet as well as a smart tv so we could watch TV if we felt like it. The washing machine was very handy and meant we didn’t need to take extra clothing. The pool was a Godsend in the heat, just the perfect size for us and such a luxury to have exclusive use. Our French is not the best but we managed to communicate with Laurent through the inbox on the app and he always responded very quickly. We are definitely going to go back as it was just the perfect place for us! Many thanks Laurent!
