About this property
Charming country house in Dordogne Périgord vert
Beautiful restored traditional farmhouse, located on a hill at the entrance of a quiet and pleasant village overlooking the Dronne valley between BrantÎme (the green Venice of Périgord) and Ribérac.
Périgueux (City of Art and History) is only 25km away.
The house has a double exposure: the courtyard closed to the south, for sunny breakfasts, and two terraces in the north-west which benefit from the meridian shade, facing the pool and the panorama.
- On the ground floor, the entrance gives access to 2 large rooms of 30 m2: the living room, and the dining room. The open kitchen on the dining room, accesses the south terrace.
- Upstairs, a landing-office serves a first bedroom (bed 160X200), a second bedroom (2 beds 140X190) and the bathroom with walk-in shower.
- There is 1 WC per level.
The Dordogne, which is one of the most visited regions of France for its natural and touristic sites, testifies to an important prehistoric, Gallic and medieval past, whose numerous vestiges are disseminated on this territory.
Although the region is renowned for its gastronomy, it also offers excellent activities such as mountain biking, hiking, canoeing, climbing, fishing, etc.
