Perfect location

This apartment's location was ideal. Perfectly situated next to the Saint Denis Metro, it was also just a short walk down to the Siene. Many restaurants along the way to choose from. The apartment was spacious and the elevator within the building was very helpful for our luggage.

Good size accomodation for a family of 6. A clean and tidy appartment, well supplyed with towels/lining. Saddly I found the appartment lacking and would not describe it as luxaury. Everything was showing it's age and a refurb is needed, in my opinion. The location was excellent, with metro stations close by, shops and a good selection of eateries.

Paris Like a Local

This apartment was a great immersion into what life would be like as a Parisian. The location, the wraparound balcony and the open floor plan were idyllic for people watching, cafe options, toasting after a long day out, and being within a bustling city. The floor to ceiling windows allowed for a cool breeze to come in at night, and the fans provided were helpful. We brought sound boxes for the kids spaces so their sleep went uninterrupted, even amidst the music festival shenanigans. The hosts were quick to respond and immediately addressed any of our needs. I recommend bringing your own shower supplies and coordinating gym time in advance if you choose to use the facility. A great stay and a great experience in Paris!

Busy street!!!

The property manager was fine and was great letting us in early. One irritation was that there was only one kitchen towel and with no laundry or dishwasher in the property which was difficult. Biggest thing to know is that this property faces Sébastopol and it is an EXTREMELY busy street. The windows are very old and don’t block the sound so be ready for a lot of exterior noise.
