Our property is a beautiful, fully-furnished, professionally decorated model home. This Three bedroom, two-bath, 2+ garage, designer Villa has 1300+square feet of living space with an oversized screened lanai overlooking a tranquil lake surrounded beautiful oaks and green space. A perfect location in the Village of Fenney, with ample walking trails, archery center, putting course, and The Fenney Grill all within a quick 5 minute walk. This is a great location with 3 pools (a lap pool, family pool and neighborhood heated pool) in walking distance. We are also a quick golf cart ride to Brownwood, the new Evergreen Rec Center, Edna's music venue and the new Publix plaza, as well as numerous golf courses.

Property Features:
Full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, dishes, glasses, pots/pans, dishwasher and plenty of storage. Inside laundry room with new washer and dryer, WIFI and two flat screen TVs w/ cable. Screened in lanai, with private fenced courtyard, outdoor dining table and gas grill. Towels, pool towels, sheets. Golf cart rental by the day, week or month is available locally.

Everything you need to have a great time!!!!

Sit back on the beautiful private lanai and enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. Play nine or 18 holes of golf and have lunch at at the many nearby restaurants bars and grills. Relax in one of the 30 pools and then head down to the town square for happy hour every night. Dine in one of the eight country club restaurants (fine dining or casual) or one of the great restaurants. After dinner take in a movie or kick up your heels and dance to live music every night.

The Villages is a premier, gated, active adult community sometimes better known as 'Disney World for adults' or 'Florida’s friendliest hometown'. The Villages is best known for it's on-site free nightly entertainment and dancing in The Villages Town Squares of Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood seven nights a week. Other activities include for unlimited free golf* at any of the 33 executive golf courses, cycling, pickleball, tennis, softball, shopping and more!

Great location in The Villages

The house was on a quiet road next to a wooded area - very nice and private. Beautiful water view off of the back lanai. Would highly recommend this property.

This is truly a special property. The land abuts a wooded area with majestic oaks and pines. The view of the lake and woods make this "Hummingbird Hideaway" a private spot out of the hustle and bustle of The Villages, yet close enough to walk to Fenney grill, the pool or nature trail.

What makes this property unique

The Village of Fenney is at the southern most part of the Villages with a truly different and unique feel. Driving into the property you feel transformed as you drive under the Spanish moss lined tree path. The look and feel of the amenities and facilities all have a focus on nature and take full advantage of the surroundings with nature preserves, springs, trails and parks. There are endless things to do including practicing your golf game at the Fenney pitch and putt, taking a lovely stroll through the Fenney Nature Trail or listening to live music at The Fenney Grill or Edna's.
