This place gets well-deserved raves for its waterfront location. The property is older and shows some wear and tear, but the pool is crystal clear, the outdoor grills are new and clean, and the on-site staff is very cheerful and helpful. Also, the host is very friendly and accommodating.

Very very good area to stay and apartment was clean. The only problem was the air conditioning wasn't working so that was the only downside. Would totally think about coming again but with air conditioning for the night time. Loved the area, beach walks and laundry option, kitchen and pool and hot tub. It made the stay comfortable.

The location and the view were stunning. We love the beach out front! Unfortunately, the unit was very disappointing. It’s very much in need of new carpet, fixtures, lighting and more. The good news is that we are in Hawaii to enjoy the outdoors and did not spend a lot of time indoors.

The views were breathtaking. Security was great as were the amenities. Nothing against the property but against the location. It is a long drive to seeing any of what the island has to see. If you are looking for peace, quiet and stay at the beach time, this is the location!!

Excellent stay

The location of this vacation home is unbeatable! The only issue we had was the apartment is a little dated and could use some updating. The pull-out bed is also rather uncomfortable. But, if you were like us and just need a place to sleep at night because you’ll be out exploring during the day, then it’s perfect.

Beautiful spot!

Such a great location! Other than the stove being out of order (which was communicated by property manager shortly before we arrived, they did provide a hot plate so we could boil water, etc) this unit worked well for us. Would definitely come back!

Breathtaking view

Everything, mostly the view from the Lani was amazing. This was our second stay @ the property. This condo was a tick old(pull out bed), but worth it, not sure my son would agree, he had to sleep on the sofa instead. Loved how past renters left condiments we could share. Amazing coffee maker. Neighborhood not so good, but once you are on the property feel super safe.

Check in/out was easy and seamless. This unit is a little dated, but does the job. It does get warm in the afternoons, even with the AC running, but that can be expected when being on the 10th floor. The views were awesome!! The beach is a little more difficult to access, very steep drop. The ocean is a little rougher here too, but looks like there would be great snorkeling a little further out. Overall a good stay and would consider staying here again.

Beautiful views

It was wonderful to wake to the beautiful view of the beach & ocean each morning. We could see whales & turtles every morning as we sat on the lanai. However, the rest of the condo leaves a lot to be desired. It is very run down & could use a little TLC & a lot of fixes & updating.
