Le lieu est tranquille. Le petit jardin à l'arrière est très agréable.La période humide en mi-saison n'est pas idéale car sans chauffage et sans possibilité de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes, la chambre au rez de chaussée est assez humide.WC uniquement à l'étage.

C’est regrettable que vous n’ayez pas profiter du poele à bois et du bois mis à votre disposition. La maison est chauffée par une pompe à chaleur au rez de chaussée et un radiateur électrique sur le pallier de l’étage. Les wc sont effectivement à l’étage avec la salle de bain, comme indiqué dans l’annonce. Ce bien n’est pas adapté aux personnes en perte d’autonomie, nous en convenons.
