About this property
Cozy 1 bedroom apartment, near Seattle & Airport.
This is a spacious one bedroom unit. Great for business trips or a small family. Lots of natural light and located just minutes from the Seattle airport, and a quick drive to downtown Seattle. Police academy is only 2min drive, so we are welcoming all students from police academy and all of the police officers who is going through training.
The space
This is a one bedroom unit, very nice and spacious with queen bed in the bedroom and pullout couch bed in the living room. 5min to the airport and 2min walk to the shopping center and restaurants, 15 miles from Seattle.
Guest access
Separate private entrance to your own cozy spot. Stackable washer and dryer located in the unit.
Other things to note
You will hear some foot steps noise from upstairs. This apartment is daylight basement.
