This cabin that was renovated in 2021 will delight you with its modern, updated features, spacious bedrooms with spectacular view of the Green belt trees and nature through 12 foot glass windows in the cabin living area and bedrooms. It also features a unique Copper Chimney in Living Room. Other features: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2000 sqft, 2-level, 65” TV, dvd/vhs, WIFI, central heat & a/c, woodstove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven, tea kettle, washer & dryer, board games, travel book library, deck furniture. Bed sizes: 3Q + 2T + 1D. Sleeps upto 10. Maximum occupancy 12 (including children & infants); its up to the guest to figure out where guests 11-12 will sleep. Dining table seats 8, kitchen bar seats 2. Special notes:. LINENS: Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION of $40 per vehicle (one time fee).

Very nice, close to Yosemite

This is a very nice property to stay at with close proximity to Yosemite. We were looking for a comfortable bed, showers, and laundry on site, and this property filled all those perfectly. Carl checked in with us on our first full day to see if everything was good and to ask if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend

Very nice host .

This property was extremely clean and very spacious . Few things that need to be mentioned : There are several steps before getting to the house which makes it difficult with suitcases . When we arrived it was very hot , it took about 2 hours before getting comfortable . The air conditioning system is such that you can't get a continuous airflow at the same temperature .It's set to stay cool for a period of time and then it automatically goes to higher temperature . Not very pleasant to wake up in the middle of the night sweating. Also , it's ridiculous having to pay a one time fee of $ 40.00 to enter the property !
