Unique luxury home located behind a private access gate and down a .5 mile driveway. This secluded property backs-up to National Forest on one corner and has no line-of -sight to any neighboring properties. The architectural design of the home provides elevated views of the running creek below from the kitchen, living areas, master bedroom and master bathroom. Floor to ceiling windows bring the outside nature into your living space. Enjoy a 1000 square foot outdoor living area with retractable phantom screens, which provide an open air experience. Outdoor entertainment areas offers a fireplace, pool table, craps table, corn hole, a bar & outdoor grilling area, plus plenty of seating. This elevated outdoor living space creates a relaxing and fun way to enjoy the outdoors in comfort with sounds of running water and nature and truly sets this house apart from others. The 40 acres is private and unshared consisting of timber, manicured meadows and a stocked pond with a pier and feeder for fishing. The lower deck offers a 6 person hot tub off the secondary lower level living area. This property is very remote yet only 10 minutes to Crystal Springs marina and 20 minutes to Harbor Mountain Marina. You are 15 minutes to Lake Hamilton and 10 minutes to Lake Ouchita and 35 minutes to Hot Springs. Great kayaking available 25 minutes away in Glenwood.

Perfect Getaway From the City Life

We love going to this location in Royal. This is our second time and each time it is the perfect escape from our every day lives with plenty of amenities.

More than we expected.

This is a beautiful property, perfect place to stay and enjoy Arkansas's woods and creeks. We used the location, alternating days on and off the property for a week. With friends and two dogs, (FYI Arkansas is very dog friendly) we explored Hot Springs, caught a female biker parade, Lake Ouachita and Garvan Woods Garden. Not a moment we didn't enjoy that fabulous porch. The privacy is priceless. Thank you for making our visit to Arkansas a great experience. Highly recommend this property. D

Great property for a great geat away

Huge property with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We caught a ton of fish, rode the Polaris around the property and greatly enjoyed the outdoor area at the house. Wonderful hosts that were available if needed... we stay a lot places and this one gets 5 stars from us. We'll be back in the fall :)
