Sumptuous new flat in a Haussmann building located just a few steps from the Louvre Museum, in the heart of Paris, with numerous shops, cafés and restaurants nearby.

This magnificent flat with mouldings and tastefully decorated, will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of the Parisian life.

Ideally located in the sumptuous Louvre district, a few steps from the Louvre Museum and its Pyramid, 5 minutes from the Palais Royal Garden and its mythical Buren Columns, and from the Place de la Concorde. You can walk on the famous Pont des Arts, "lovers' bridge", shop on rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, and reach Saint Germain des Prés, the Champs Elysées or the Jardin des Tuileries on foot

It is a very lively district thanks to its many pedestrian streets which give access to many restaurants and trendy bars;



1.5 km from Notre-Dame de Paris, 10 minutes from the magnificent Place Dauphine on the Ile de la Cité.

Nice Parisienne apartment

We loved our week in Paris. Only downside was communication with our property manager, which caused some consternation. The neighborhood was convenient, across from a beautiful church. We enjoyed having drinks in the early evening at the L'Oratoire, right on the corner.

Great location, great property

Incredible location in Paris. Love this apartment! Walking distance to restaurants and bars in a lively quarter. Clean apartment. Only negative was the quality of the towels, and washer/dryer were extremely difficult to use. The Dryer did not work well.

Not quite perfect . . .

It's a great location, and communication with the property manager was, generally, prompt and helpful. The apartment itself is nice enough, but it's under-furnished and under-equipped for the price.

We stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed our stay. Pros: Lots of space with 2 bedrooms, large master bathroom plus additional bathroom, living room and full kitchen plus washer/dryer for laundry. Very well located right across the street from the Louvre and close to restaurants, shops, grocery. Shopping center 10 minutes walk. Multiple metro stops close, closest about 3 minute walk. Cons: Furniture a little dated, doesn’t look quite as nice as pictures. Laundry machine difficult to figure out. No shelves in the shower meant everything is on the ground. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property manager was professional and responsive, the apartment was nice and roomy, and the location was really fantastic.
