Pool is across street, access to fitness and tennis/pickleball courts (popular with all levels of play), Semi-private Desert Falls Golf Course for public, bikes, golf cart. Clubhouse is across the fairway. Two cruiser bikes provided.
Acrisure Arena is a 9 minute drive with popular concerts and home of Coachella Firebirds hockey, DSRT Surf Wave Park short 1 mile walk (opening spring 2026). Amazing sunrises from condo and back courtyard patio.
