Beautifully remodeled, centrally located condo in the historic Shadow Mountain Resort and Tennis Club. This fully renovated home features new flooring, countertops, tile, paint, stylish West Elm furnishings, and LG appliances, creating a modern and comfortable desert retreat. Location, location, location—just a short 10-minute walk to El Paseo and all the food, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment you could want.

Overlooking the golf course and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, this home offers one of the best settings in the desert.

The home offers 3 full bathrooms, making it an excellent layout for guests or families wanting their own private space and added comfort during their stay. Each bedroom is furnished with king-size beds and 65” TVs equipped with Netflix and Hulu for relaxation and entertainment.

The guest pool is just steps from the front door, and the condo is fully stocked with everything you need for a seamless stay.

Guests will access the home via electronic keypad, with a gate code provided for entry into the Shadow Mountain community. Multiple pools and hot tubs are available throughout the resort.

Please note: Guests are not permitted to use the large figure-eight pool, which is reserved for homeowners and club members only. Tennis and pickleball lessons or clinics may be booked through the pro shop, though individual court reservations are not available to guests.

Located in a gated historic resort community, this property offers effortless access to the best of desert living. Parking is plentiful, and everything you need is within walking distance.

The unit is well appointed and easy to find things including a lot of extra recreational equipment. Our entire family loved the comfort of the home, great location and access to a small more private pool along with the unique large pool. We have booked again for another trip!

Super trip. Close to everything, including a hot tube. Place had been smoked in prior to our arrival and the hosts were mortified. Offered to cancel and refund. Glad we didn’t, improved while we were there.

Excellent location and layout

We enjoyed our stay at this well appointed and centrally located condo. Two minor considerations (I realize that one is difficult to fix): 1) unit is downstairs of 2 story building which was built many years ago, without a lot of insulation to buffer noise from upstairs neighbors. 2) Maybe consider adding facial tissues to the bathrooms. We would love to stay here again!
