In this small vacation house, built in Istrian style, you can experience a unique vacation atmosphere.



Your accommodation holds stone walls full of character and is visibly furnished with great attention to detail and beautiful furniture. In the small, nicely furnished garden you can use the summer kitchen and spend a few cozy hours on the terrace in good company. You can cool off in the swimming pool.



In about 15 minutes drive you can reach the beaches around Porec, which has much more to offer besides the maritime flair: Old alleys and buildings alternate with inviting cafes and restaurants. Look forward to a varied vacation time, where you can spend your time according to your taste!

Wir waren aktuell für zwei Wochen mit drei Kindern, zwei Erwachsenen und einem Hund in dem Ferienhaus. Für uns war das Haus von der Größe her völlig ausreichend. Es ist schön in einem kleinen Dorf gelegen, sodass man wirklich Ruhe finden kann. Wie in den vorherigen Kommentaren bereits erwähnt, ist die Treppe sehr steil. Das war allerdings weder für uns noch für unseren Hund ein Problem. Das gesamte Haus ist durch die alte Bauweise sehr hellhörig. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren gut und der Vermieter war wirklich nett, hat mehrmals nach dem Rechten geschaut und uns selbst angebaute Tomaten gebracht. Der Pool wurde mehrmals gereinigt.

Nettes kleines Steinhaus.

Nettes kleines Steinhaus. Inventar ist ausreichend. Leider waren die steilen Treppen in den 1.Stock und 2. Stock nichts für meinen Hund. Garten und der Pool sind hervorragend. Man kann sich toll erholen und entspannen. Wenns einem dann zu warm ist..eine Runde schwimmen gehen im großen Pool. Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Freundlicher Vermieter, tolles Haus, schöner Pool

Wir waren sehr zufrieden... alles war sauber und so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Der freundliche Vermieter hat uns nett empfangen und uns sogar einen Korb von seinem selbst produzierten Bio-Gemüse geschenkt. Neben dem charmanten Haus war das Highlight sicher der sehr gut gepflegte Pool, in dem man morgens und Abends nach den Touren in die Umgebung springen konnte. Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb, aber per Auto ist alles in Istrien gut erreichbar... allein und verlassen ist man in Fabci aber auch nicht. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.
