Great week at the beach! This was our second stay in this house as it’s perfectly located. My family loves the private pool and short walk to the beach. Thank you for the smooth check in process and it was also nice the house was ready for us to check in a couple hours early too. Thank you!

We had a great week at this house! It had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes and beach chairs and a cart were provided. The pool and hot tub were great and the kids really loved swimming. The kitchen was well stocked. Would def stay again! Thank you!

Beautiful house! Ample rooms and bathrooms, including a bathroom and shower at the pool which was helpful. We appreciated that there was a full size fridge in the game room and a mini fridge at the poolside bathroom so we could have cold drinks and snacks everywhere. Decks all around the house on all floors to see sunset and sunrise. About a 7 min walk through the neighborhood to get to the beach. We came shortly after a noreaster so we found many horsehsoe crab shells and starfish washed ashore that we took home as souvenirs. Hosts were very kind and communicative. Will be bookmarking this house to return next year!

Our family enjoyed our trip so much and it was in large part due to a smooth stay afforded to us by Eileen. She was communicative, attentive and kind throughout our stay. The rooms are all spacious and laid out to where family members can be together or seek solace as needed. The kitchen was well stocked with items that enabled us to cook the meals we'd planned without any problems, except we couldn't find an ice scooper. We made do with large spoons and were able to enjoy our ice cream. Parking was sufficient for our 3 vehicles.

Awesome Vacation

Our family vacation at Pelican Rest was everything a vacation should be at the beach. Everything was included such as beach chairs, wagon, pool, grill and a host that was always available for questions or help with anything we needed.

This house is definitely a 10/10. The house was clean, spacious, located within an easy walk to the beach and the pool was perfect. It had something to offer everyone. Our family had a great time. I would recommend to anyone interested in a relaxing one stop spot at OBX.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful home for large family,friends...perfect atmatmosphere!

When we walked it this home was perfect for all of us.Very roomy,clean and perfectly beach and vacation friendly. We had everything we needed. Comfortable bedding,linens, everything needed for cooking, beach towels, chairs you name it, it was there. The pool,hot tub and area around pool was amazing! This a wonderful beach retreat!

Great home for our family!

This house was exactly what we were looking for! My daughter is sensitive to chlorine and usually can't enjoy swimming, but the saltwater pool made it possible for her to enjoy it with her brothers. It's located within easy walking distance to the beach and is just five minutes from the grocery store, which was really convenient for us. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, and met all of our needs. Definitely a great spot in the Outer Banks!
