BookSmart Properties presents: Duck Duck Dunes! This beautiful newly renovated oceanside home is perfect for a family vacation or weekend getaway. This 4-bedroom 3-bathroom home is a 2 min walk to private beach access. Enjoy a dip in the large private pool after a day at the beach or take in a sunrise from the top deck. There is also private access to the sound a short 5 min walk away with dock, seating, and a launch for kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

Great location

We used this house for a family wedding which took place a couple miles away. Perfect spot to walk to the beach during the day and close to shops/restaurants. Outdoor decks were perfect to enjoy coffee every morning!

Duck family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub as much as the adults!! There was plenty parking for 3-4 cars. The furniture was cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing we were wishing for was some outdoor string lights!!! James was always available when we called or texted.

Great Place to spend your vacation.

The house was awesome. Beautiful swimming pool and hottub. Everything you need for your stay was included in the rental. The house was very clean and tidy upon our arrival, as was the pool and hottub. It's only a minute or so walk to the beach which was awesome. I highly recommend this rental property for your next vacation. Very good communications with the property owner, but need him for anything while we were there. Looking forward to renting this property again.

Great Location!

We had a great experience and thought the house was a perfect fit for our family. The proximity to the beach is priceless and the pool and hot tub were an amazing addition to our stay.
