Very comfortable accommodations in world class location

Great place to stay in one of the most beautiful valleys I have experienced in the Western United Sates. Great home for family trip or group of friends visiting Utah! Wouldn't think twice about booking this property.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was comfortable and had everything you could ask for. We really appreciated having sleds for the kids. They had a blast in the front yard. The host was easy to contact and helpful. We ordered groceries from Walmart without problems. We were only 15 minutes from Powder Mountain. Overall I would highly recommend this home.

Wonderful home for a family gathering!

This home was what was expected and more! Spacious and so comfortable! Beautiful surroundings with Pineview reservoir close by! We had a wonderful time!!!

Great Family Spot - easy drive to Nordic and PowMow

Easy to reach property manager with questions. Very easy check in and check out. Would recommend for easy 10-15 min drive to either Nordic Valley or Powder Mountain. Quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Spacious

The property was in a lovely neighborhood and was much larger inside than it looks from the pictures. Three levels with plenty of room for different families, which worked out very well for us.

Our stay in Eden

Place is gorgeous. Lots of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Neigborhhood is great. Nice views. Highly recommend. My only complaint is that there were not enough wash cloths. 14 people can stay but there were only 8 wash cloths. Otherwise it was perfect. Host was very responsive

Amazing family vacation

Our family of 12 loved this Eden Mountain Home! Home is in a great location!! Hiking trails are very close by. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable. Home is fully stocked. Kitchen is Fully stocked. Game room is a plus!! Home has “Alexa!” We enjoyed streaming music! Home has so many extras! The clubhouse with game room, pool and hot tub is just a few steps away! Wolf Creek Golf Course is a very short drive. The host is excellent to work with. He communicates and replies very quickly. We highly recommend staying in this beautiful home and working with host.

Nice House, Great Location. Lack of supplies and towels and no foosball table as advertised.

This house was nice, clean and in a good location. The host let us check in early which was very helpful. The house was missing supplies that should have been there such as laundry detergent, dish soap, garbage bags and not enough toilet paper. Additionally there were only 12 towels, a few wash rags, 2 dishtowels...we had only 12 people but the house is advertised for 16 people. Needless to say we needed laundry detergent.The house advertises having a foosball table in the photo and in the description but the foosball table was not there.

Mary, thank you for your review. I do apologize for the missing trash bags and detergent, I'll mention to the cleaners to be sure to check all the supplies when cleaning I'm surprised to hear you didn't have extra towels or toilet paper. 4 extra towels are stored under both the upstairs and basement bathroom sinks, and 2 extra rolls of TP are under every bathroom sink. I do need to replace the foosball table, that was destroyed by a recent guest and I did not have time to replace it before your visit

Nice spacea

The pictures on this home looked amazing. When we got there, we were a little discouraged by the furniture. It was old and not great repair! The couch upstairs was peeling toe fake leather off. The kitchen had lots of supplies, but needed to be organized and cleaned out. It needed better serving pieces and bowls would have been helpful, especially since we were there over Thanksgiving. Bathroom, shower curtains were moldy, shower heads didn’t spray well. The HVAC needs to be tweaked. Freezing downstairs, but other two floors were great. In talking to the house manager they appreciated the feedback and said they would get things remedied promptly. The gathering spaces Were awesome! Big family room on both levels bedrooms were big. The loft upstairs was a lot of fun. It was great for our size of family. All In All it was a good home for location and size. If the manager fixes those things it would be a great place to stay again!

Perfect house for our family gathering

We had family in town for a wedding from 3 states. The house had ample room for all of us to stay comfortably with 3 floors to spread the activities for a variety of age groups. Walking distance to the club house pool was great! The area is very hilly and outdoor space at the house is limited with no back yard for kids to run. However there are many outdoor things to do in the neighborhood and town.

Best Vacation So Far

My Children and grandchildren came from the east and west. Eden was as close to the middle as we could get. The size of the house and the location was ideal for what we loved to do (snowboard and play games). I would love to come back again.

Great stay

The house was great and we were lucky to rent it during the holidays. It’s very spacious, clean, fully stocked and well maintained. The hot tub in the HOA was a great addition.
