Wow wow wow. What a fantastic property and wonderful host. I can sing praises high enough to describe just how great our stay was. Natasha is a fabulous host, very responsive and an absolute treasure. We were there on the coldest week of the year and everyday we came back to a warm comfortable home. It is a short walk to the arena and downtown St Paul. There is an old world charm to the building, but all the modern amenities are there, including onsite parking. Thank you so much Natasha, if the property is available on our next trip we will definitely be booking again.
Great location for the Wild games and also restaurants and breweries. Everything in easy walking distance. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.
The duplex was great! So nice to have dedicated parking behind the house. The home was very clean, just right for 2. Heater worked great and the house stayed very warm. Close enough to walk to restaurants.
A charming, classic gem. Located close to a variety of good restaurants and places of interest. The host is very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the St. Paul area.
We are looking forward to many return stays.

Thank you Terry! I was hoping VRBO allowed me to sing your praises as a guest --but I don't see the option anywhere.
Please visit us again.
St Paul was on my husband’s bucket list to visit. So, for his 75th birthday I found this lovely home for a long weekend getaway. It was perfect and within walking distance of eateries, pubs and coffee shops. Everything we wanted to visit was within 5 miles of our stay - (well, except the Cheesecake Factory in Edina which was worth the 20 minute drive). The home was exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed. It was nice to spend downtime in this adorable home. The hosts were very quick to respond to requests. We would definitely go back and highly recommend this stay.
This property was attractive and clean. It was warm and comfortable in very cold weather. There was plenty of extra bedding and a basket of throw blankets as well. The driveway, parking area and entrance were plowed and shoveled before we arrived. The kitchen is equipped for simple meal prep for a couple of people. The location is not picturesque, but it's convenient to freeway entrances and a straightforward drive down Summit Ave. to Macalester, St. Thomas or Hamline's law school. Easy bus ride on the 63 to Macalester. I would stay here again.
This was the perfect setting for an almost 2 weeks stay. Extremely comfortable, well appointed and convenient location. Communication with the hosts was excellent. I would stay again any time I am in St Paul and highly recommend the property.
I stayed here for 3 nights to run the TCM marathon in 2022. super convenient to coffee shops and restaurants on W 7th. Furnishings were comfortable and the property was well maintained.
I said elegance for lack of a better word - this house has a certain charm about it and is only a block away from beautiful Irvine Park, the Ramsey House, with great views of the Hill Mansion and the Cathedral Dome.
We came to visit family; however, the location being as central as it is would be great for Sports fans (there were hockey games - Go Wild! - at least 3 of the nights we were there - and being this close there are also many good bars and restaurants within walking distance.
The neighborhood, being as historic and convenient as it is, also can be good - or bad at night, depending on what your plans are and how far you wander, but don't let that deter you - we had no problems what so ever - was fun to sit on the front porch and people watch.
The house itself - very comfortable, Natasha does a great job of decorating and adding the things that make it special - the kitchen has all you need, trash and recyclable containers right in the back - narrow driveway - my 2022 Hyundai Tucson fit - but folded in my mirrors each time to be safe - but nice 3 car parking pad in back - house is 2 units so might or might not be sharing the driveway - the unit next door was only occupied 2 or 3 nights while we were there - that also not being a problem.
I don't know what else to say - being a St. Paul native myself I just thought this place was great ! Natasha was a great Hostess - very responsive as well - thank you Natasha!

This was a great property in perfect location for a concert at Xcel Center and exploring downtown St. Paul. Property was very clean, comfortable bed, nice linens, soaps, etc. Kitchen has everything needed and included coffee, tea, sugar, etc. Communications were great with owner, just a slight glitch with door code that was rectified immediately. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
The host was easy and pleasant to work with. Very helpful. The location could not be better, with many good restaurants, museums, and places to walk close at hand
Historic property that has been beautifully restored. House includes many amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, although some could use instructions (washer/dryer; Nepresso coffee maker; locks). Many easy to walk to restaurants. Lots of nighttime activity. However neighborhood to west is a little edgy.
