Hocking hills is beautiful- beautiful and Expensive. This camper, if you're on a budget like me, is an absolute gem of a find. It's cozy, so make sure you like your traveling companion(s), but for the price how can you beat a very comfortable bed, perfect eating area, places to prepare food And a private toilet? you'd pay double for a primitive cabin with a shared outhouse. Its in a small town, so it's not remote but private enough. I'd compare it to a campground level of privacy. The real treat is the Big Foot theme- the entire interior of the camper was redone so it's super cute, clean (I'm talking spotless disinfected), and Sasquatch approved. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with, responsive yet laid back, and offered helpful suggestions on eateries or places to visit. They also provided the most thoughtful touches like mini sodas and snacks (which I devoured). My preschoolers and I enjoyed ourselves immensely, even with daily rain. The WIFI which was a lifesaver in the storms. Overall fantastic experience where I felt- as a mom traveling alone with two young kids- safe, comfortable and relaxed.
