This immaculate Lakefront home built in 2008 - 3,400 sq. ft., is fully furnished, located on Cherokee cove of Lake Burton. Includes a 2-story shared boathouse with covered deck and sun bathing area along with sandy beach area.

Main level - Master Bedroom - King Size Bed, Great Room w/Vaulted Ceiling, Dining Area (8+), Furnished Kitchen, 1 1/2 Bathrooms, Stackable Washer/Dryer, Screened Porch, Outdoor Grill

Upper Level - 3 Guest rooms - King Bed and Daybed with trundle, Queen bed and a connecting room with King bed and desk, 2 bathrooms.

Terrace Level - Walk Out Facing Lake with Covered Porch and Porch Swing, Bedroom with 2 sets of Bunk Beds and a Queen bed, Living Room, Wet Bar, Bathroom.

Amenities include on property kayaks and canoes. Marina is located on Lake Burton for boat and water sport rentals. Boat slips available at additional charge upon request and availability.

Perfect Lake House

This house is great! Lots of room (we had 12 people stay comfortably for a week), fully stocked kitchen, everything we needed. The location is perfect! Kama was quick to respond to emails leading up to the trip and provided us with great information. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Perfect!!

We are a family/friends group that travel together every year as a pack of 24. These two houses were perfectly situated next to each other. The beach area was awesome for the little kids. We used the boat house to gather and eat dinner. Kama and Eric met us there the first day and communicated with us the whole trip. We loved it!
