You are looking for an elegant, new, tastefully decorated, family-friendly and functional accommodation with a premium location in the heart of Old Nice, then you are in the right place! :)

Located in the backyard of a building on Place Rossetti, this accommodation is ideally located in the heart of the city of Nice while being quiet. At the foot of the building you will find cafes, restaurants, the famous Fenocchio ice cream parlor as well as a luggage room (At bagguys) and a key locker for self check-in.

This charming apartment with its original tiles can host 4 adults and 2 children. It is composed of:
- 1 bedroom in terracotta colors with double bed (140x200cm)
- 1 tropical bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm). We can add a travel cot (5€ per night) or a mattress for a child/teenager (fixed price 25€)
- a living room with 2 sofas which can be used as single beds for children or teens (extra bedding at 25€/stay) and a satellite TV.
- 1 bathroom with a large Italian shower
- 1 separate toilet

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned! Fiber optic WIFI! Travelers have access to the entire accommodation.

1. Self checkins and self checkouts.
2. Keys to be collected at KEY BOX shop (see photos) before going to the accommodation.

sejour Nice

appartement agréable situé en plein coeur du vieux Nice. Il faudrait juste préciser l'adresse de la conciergerie pour récupérer les cles et l'étage de l'appartement dans le descriptif d'abritel pour plus d'efficacité.

It was a great little apartment - great location. Had a little trouble operating the washer/dryer combo, but I think that was operator error :) Would definitely stay there again!
