La Petite Maison - Condé-sur-marne

Located in the centre of the triangle formed by Épernay, Reims, and Châlons-en-Champagne, we welcome you at the foot of the Montagne de Reims. Our holiday rental is located in Condé-sur-Marne, a village bordered by the Aisne-to-Marne Canal and the Marne River. The village’s location makes it easy to explore the many facets of our department (vineyards, architecture, history, museums, etc.). Our holiday rental is a detached house situated on a small side street. It features private parking and a fully enclosed garden (with a wall surrounding the property). On the ground floor, you’ll find an entryway leading on one side to a separate bathroom and a bathroom with a washing machine, and on the other side to the living room (with a two-person sofa bed), dining room, and kitchen. Upstairs, a landing with a reading nook leads to the first bedroom, which has a single bed (90x190), and the second bedroom, which is connected to the first, has a double bed (140x190). An extra bed is available upon request. Only small pets are allowed, for an additional fee of €3 per day. The rental rate includes utilities (heating and electricity). Sheets, towels, and the cleaning fee are extra.
