Located 600m from the gondolas in the Pla Del Mir area, this spacious apartment is approximately 100m².

The entrance leads to a ski room for storing all your equipment, a separate WC, and a hallway.

There are two adult bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and one children's bedroom (2 single beds, 90cm).

A bathroom with a large bathtub, sink, towel warmer, and sauna.

The living area comprises an open-plan kitchen/dining room and a large living room opening onto the balcony.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes an oven, coffee maker, microwave, range hood, toaster, and dishwasher, as well as a utility room with a refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, and dryer. Enjoy the charm of a traditional wooden chalet!

This very spacious and well-equipped apartment is ideal for a wonderful holiday with family or friends!
