Perfect next to slope apartment

The apartment is well laid out. Three bedrooms so great for a family. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment filter coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, plenty of pans/saucepans/glasses etc. The apartment is located right next to the pistes. You can ski right to the front door (in the morning it is 1 min walk)

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Nous avons séjourné avec nos amis dans ce logement. La procédure d'arrivée était assez simple. Le ménage était correct, même si certains moutons de poils restaient sous le lit.Nous avons payé le ménage de sortie à 90, mais avons tout de même dû procéder à tout un tas de détails, notamment plier les couettes soigneusement, remettre les draps sur les lits, etc. Je précise que cela n'est absolument pas la faute du propriétaire qui a été très gentil et réactif à chaque fois que nous en avons eu besoin. Cependant, la personne se chargeant de réceptionner les clefs ne s'est peut-être pas levé du bon pied ce matin là. Très directive et peu respectueuse. Mais passons.Le logement était conforme à la description, adapté pour 5 personnes, difficilement plus. La chambre avec les lits gigogne comporte certes deux lits, mais la raison pour laquelle aucune photo n'est attachée à la description est simple : la chambre doit faire 4 ou 6 mètres carré tout au plus (non loi Carrèz). Le logement est bien équipé, a proximité des pistes, proche des commerces et dispose d'un petit casier à ski.Nous avons apprécié notre semaine dans ce logement dont le prix est bas par rapport aux autres logements environnements.En conclusion : c'est un bon logement adapté pour 5 personnes, le propriétaire est réactif et le prix est intéressant notamment pour sa localisation exceptionnelle. Attention cependant à ne pas contrarier Odile qui récupère vos clefs, elle n'est pas très commode.

Appartement très correct

L’appartement est très propre, lumineux, très agréable. La cuisine est bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité. La localisation est parfaite : départ quasi skis au pieds, rendez-vous ESF à 2 minutes, pizzeria et boulangerie au pied de l’immeuble, supermarché à moins de 10 minutes, et distance respectable des bars permettant d’éviter les nuisances sonores nocturnes. Le seul bémol vient de la literie qui est très très ferme, et malheureusement une semaine n’a pas suffi pour nous adapter et réussir à passer des nuits sans de multiples réveils par inconfort.

Appartement pas à la hauteur

Pas de cuisine un canapé 3 places uniquement. La machinerie de l'ascenseur à côté de l'appartement. Matelas de 10 cm d'épaisseur directement sur les lattes. Cagibi pour une soit disant chambre 2 places. Un velux qui ne ferme pas. Appartement en très bon état mais reste non proportionné pour 7. Idéal famille à 4.

Nous sommes désolé de lire votre commentaire : Il y a bien une cuisine ( ouverte sur l'espace de vie) Le velux a été réparé ( il était bien fermé mais un locataire précédent avait détérioré la poignée) Si on compte le canapé convertible (2 places du salon) il y a potentiellement 9 couchages: et nous avons limité l'appartement à 7 ce qui a été confirmé par Tignes propriétaire ( L'appartement a obtenu 3 étoiles dans le classement national de référence) Nous sommes deux co-propriétaires et nous y avons chacun séjourné à 7 pendant une semaine ( les 3 chambres permettent de s'isoler de la pièce à vivre )
