Discover the city center and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".
This apartment can accommodate 2 people, on the 1st floor with lift. A market 200m away every Wednesday morning as well as many local shops.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette machine...
The bedroom has a 160x200 bed (Queen Size). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC.
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
Household linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
A cot is available on site.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move around without a car throughout your stay.
A market 200m away every Wednesday morning as well as many local shops.
The lake is 5 minutes walk, the Imperial beach 10 minutes. Bicycle rental nearby (a superb cycle path goes all around the lake).

In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken over the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
