Stayed here with my family of 7, all ages, and two dogs. Great location, fairly private and very quiet. Close to every place we were going. Plenty of parking. Nicely decorated. Cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen. Played many games at the large dining table. Made smores fireside. Great home at reasonable price. Would stay again, recommend.

The Maddens were great host. Very prompt responding to email/messages. As well as sending check-in information. The house was exactly as advertised. Actually, it is even better in person. We all loved it, clean, plenty of room for the 5 of us. We are already planning a return trip next year. Location was great to everywhere we wanted to go.

Wonderful location for skiing at Gunstock Mountain. We loved the wood stove, the beds were crazy comfortable, the living area was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for the gang. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Francis’s charming home near Gunstock Mountain. The house is incredibly cute and cozy, with a beautifully functional wood stove that made the atmosphere warm and inviting after a day on the slopes. I cannot recommend this house enough. We will definitely be going back. The house is cozy and surrounded by trees. It feels like a private getaway but is actually super accessible and a 12 min drive from any store you’d need. The owners were so pleasant and easy to work with. Absolutely a 10/10

Great property-great hosts

I don’t normally leave reviews but the entire experience from booking through our stay was great. The house was very clean, well maintained and close to Gunstock and local restaurants. I highly recommend this host and their property.

We had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable, clean and spacious home. The check in process was smooth and easy. The home had an open concept with with a comfortable living room and kitchen with a great design. The kitchen had everything we needed to help make a wonderful stay. Summer Hiking in NH

We had a great time staying here. The house is close to everything (lake, activities, and hiking). Mount Major was a great hike and so was Gunstock/Rowe.

Very clean and comfortable! The house has cute NH decor and the beds/sheets/duvet were all soft and luxurious. The house is in a quiet wooded neighborhood and the drive way is a great size for our 4 cars we had. The backyard fire pit was great as well.
