The Space:
Park the car and enjoy walking to restaurants, shops, beaches, and sight-seeing. Laketown Villa is the place to be for entertaining family and enjoys Coeur d'Alene at it's finest. The HUGE backyard is fully fenced and private, making backyard BBQ's a family event. And with close proximity to all that CDA has to offer you'll be wishing you could stay longer.
Inside this newly remodeled home is an open living room and seating area. The TV is connected to WiFi and ready to stream your favorites from Netflix to Prime Video. Just past the entrance is the dining room with seating for 4 basking in the warm summer sun from the large window. The kitchen lays just beyond and will make every chef happy with it's large array of cooking and baking ware.
The first bedroom has a queen bed and a private entrance to the main floor bathroom. This bathroom has a tub and shower combo extra space to making getting ready a breeze. Just past the kitchen is a desk space for those working on the go. the master bedroom and bath finishes off the top Floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a large window with a view of the backyard, there is also a TV for private viewing or winding down after a long day at the beach. The master bathroom has a tub and shower combo, extended counter space, and toilet cubby for added privacy.
Head down stairs to find two more queen beds in the shared space. Another desk space offers flexibility to your group, plug your laptop in and go! There is also a bathroom complete with a standing shower for convenience, and a laundry room with a front load washer and dryer.
This home is full of personality and charm; when your not lounging inside you'll find yourself outside on the large downtown lot. There is lots to explore so close to home; Capone's Bar and Grill on 4th, Izzy's Comfort Kitchen, The Wellness Bar, Lyfe Coffee, and so much more. Come explore the city!

Darling Craftsman house, lovingly decorated and amazingly clean. Great location as we walked to dinner at 3 great restaurants for 3 nights in a row. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We recently stayed in this beautiful home with 2 other couples. The three bedrooms and bathrooms was so lovely. The well appointed kitchen was a joy to prepare food in and we loved the magnificent tree in the backyard! We took advantage of the great location by walking to eat lunch one day and enjoy a cold beer on the other. We would like to thank those who made our stay so memorable. I would highly recommended this home.
The house was very clean and comfortable with modern updates. The backyard is huge and park like, enjoyed sitting out there for family time. Quiet neighborhood. Check out process was easier than other rentals, no laundry required. We checked in late at night and was a little confused that the door code was on the back door, would be helpful to include that in the check in instructions. But everything else was amazing.
The only downside, in one of the bedrooms and the large room down stairs lacked places to hang clothes and to store folded clothes. We had to get creative and make do, but otherwise, a perfect place to stay. Kitchen was a good working size .
We were in CDA for my dad’s 60th birthday. This house was very clean, very well located (10-15 min walk to downtown CDA), in a quiet neighborhood and spacious. Will definitely consider going back.

What a lovely home! Lovely furnishings with "homey" touches; great linens and comfy mattresses; kitchen well-appointed with top of the line utensils, cutlery, dishes, etc.; There was plenty of room so don't worry about privacy!
The lawns are nicely groomed welcoming one to sit in the backyard under the huge tree or at the patio area; great curbside appeal inviting one to sit on the front porch (where we had morning coffee) and enjoy the quaint neighborhood with children playing in nearby homes.
This home is conveniently located near the old town district, where one will find great dining and strolling. We enjoyed dining at Beverly's, Satay Bistro, Tonys on the Lake, & take-out pizza at Capone's (around the corner from the house), for lunch Crickets Oyster Bar, Crafted Tap, & Season's Fresh Grill...ALL OF THESE WERE AWESOME! Highly recommend reservations at the fine-dining restaurants. For weekends make your reservations early in the week.

We enjoyed this mid-town property in a quiet neighborhood. It was comfortable and convenient for what we needed. Would have liked to have had additional glassware and silverware, so as to avoid using the dishwasher so much; it could also definitely have used sufficient bath soap - we wound up buying our own. Using the TV was a bit confusing - would have been nice to have had specific instructions for it. At one point, both the property owner and property manager stopped by (at different times) and both were surprised to find us staying there - an apparent lack of communication with VRBO. In spite of these minor glitches, we would stay here again.
This home had everything and more! More than enough kitchen tools for cooking! Short walk to downtown... It was exactly how the pictures showed. It looks small from the street but is amazingly very spacious. We were in town for a family wedding and loved this home. Hopefully we can come and stay again in the future.
Pour concrete between the parking and the door. This would help keep your house cleaner. The pictures are a good example of the house. You should show the beds downstairs in some of the photos. We weren’t sure what was going to be down there for sure. Thanks.
Loved this property! The backyard is great, the big tree, lawn furniture and barbeque were perfect. The kitchen is very well stocked, we could do all the cooking we wanted or walk to a local restaurant if we were feeling lazy. The large PC screen in the basement was a hit with the teenager in the group gaming with friends. The pictures don't do this property justice.

Very clean, remodeled home. Close to everything in CDA. Easy access and departure. Myself, my wife and our two young boys had a great time here! There is a large finished basement with a couple queen beds that would allow another 2-4 people here very comfortably.
Nice features all around. They did NOT skimp on the remodel. Granite countertops, nice appliances, comfortable and large backyard. We would definitely stay here again.
