Joyful Tide, 30 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex, on a 900 sqm open garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The hotel is located in a villa consisting of various neighbouring flats. Gioiosa Marea is a splendid summer resort, one of the most famous cities on the Tyrrhenian coast, opposite the Aeolian Islands. The beach is free but welcomes beaches that offer hospitality to bathers. Not far away is Capo Calavà, an area known for its tourist villages. By public transport (train-bus) or by car to the port of Milazzo, daily departures to the Aeolian Islands: Vulvano, Lipari, Salina, Panarea, Filicudi, Alicudi, Stromboli.

Gioiosa is known for its beaches, summer sunsets, gastronomy and the cheerful soul of its residents.

Places of interest: the sanctuary of Tindari with the Marinello lakes below, the splendid villages of Ficarra and San Marco d’Alunzio, the medieval castle of Brolo and the tower of Piraino, the Nebrodi Park, Cefalù, Taormina.

Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
