The entrance is covered and ground level and leads directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom 19 sqm and with 1 double bed, lounge, TV and fridge. Kitchen 25 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 12 persons. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Lower floor: Ski room 15 sqm, not heatable and with Washing machine.
1st floor: Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Kitchen 10 sqm and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 10 persons. Anteroom not heatable. 7 bedrooms each
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Svoboda nad Úpou, 529 mASL. The holiday home is located on a 3600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday home is situated in a park in a quiet location. The village centre is 150 m away. There are many cycling and hiking trails. Access is via a side road (paved, length 100 m). Parking (for 8 cars) on the property and a parking space in the village (distance 10 m).
