Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 90 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds, TV and radio. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dinette, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 3 single beds. Cooking nook with coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower and WC.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Svoboda nad Úpou. The holiday house is located in a residential area. In winter, snow chains are mandatory. Parking on the property.
