Tony’s place is AMAZING. Stayed for a long weekend on a girls trip and we had the best time. The house easily fit all of us, it was immaculately clean, the views of the ocean were amazing, and the pool was the perfect cool down after the beach. I highly recommend this place - you will have a great time.

The most beautiful home we have ever stayed in! Loved the pool in the backyard. Short walk to the beach. They had everything we needed like beach towels, chairs, bookie boards, etc. The elevator was a god send! Hope to visit again soon.

Best Beach House!! Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation at this amazing beach house! The house was beautifully decorated and was well stocked with everything we would need for our stay. The views of the ocean from the many huge windows were amazing. It was a very short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants. The pool was very inviting after being at the beach all day. Tony was very hospitable and good with all communication. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely book again!

Great place. We had 12 in the house but had room for 22 additional family to visit comfortably! Elevator is a little troublesome but otherwise a great place!

The house was more than we needed and all in all very clean and well stocked with beach toys, and kitchen supplies. The location to the beach was excellent. Location in cocoa beach was excellent as well, very walkable to downtown. The weather was not the best and of course that can't be controlled, we did lose power at the house but that was due to unforeseen circumstances and the owner kept us informed on when power would be restored, which was soon. We would definitely recommend this house. We were a family of 4, but it can hold a lot more. Great pool area behind the house and the separate bungalow was great for our older daughter.Thanks Tony for a great stay.

Perfect house for our family! Loved the location and how the beach wasn’t crowded in our area! Beautiful home with plenty of space. Highly recommend Skydiving at Titusville Space center and a good meal at Coconuts!

Our stay in Cocoa Beach was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to Tony. From start to finish, he was an exceptional host—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience.The property was exactly as described (if not better), clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for enjoying everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. Tony went above and beyond with thoughtful touches and helpful recommendations that really made our trip special.It’s rare to come across a host who strikes the perfect balance between being attentive and giving guests their space, but Tony nailed it. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and taken care of throughout our stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach. Great location, best property for the size we were interested in on Cocoa Beach. Beach access was easy despite needing to cross the street. Communication with property owner was simple for arrival and departure. Would stay at this beach house again!

Great beach rental

Very clean, spacious, had everything we needed! View from master amazing. Walk across the street to the beach, coffee and restaurants within easy walking distance. Know the wall air conditioner in the detached unit kept it reasonably cool at night but was not strong enough during the day for a truly comfortable temp.

Beautiful house, fun beach and great host

We fell in love with cocoa beach, this house and the views!! We had a great experience, the host was super helpful and responsive. He even sent us a last minute text about a rocket launch that our entire family saw and loved. Thanks for a great stay making memories.

Everything you need!

This house was an incredible getaway for the family! Cocoa Beach is a hidden gem and this home was perfectly placed , with walking distance to eateries, shops and most importantly beach. Beautifully decorated, with all the needed amenities. The heated pool was incredible and the mother in law suite was perfect for everyone to have their space. I highly recommend and we will be looking to come back!

Great family house close to beach!

Great place! Our extended family of 10 enjoyed all the room in the house. The elevator really helped for hauling luggage and groceries to the upper levels. There is a lot to do in the area for all ages and the kids loved the pool. It’s a very short walk to the beach. Thanks to a heads up from Tony, we were able to watch a Space X shuttle launch from the beach on one of the evenings we stayed there.

The best vacation home for families!

My parents moved to Florida and this was the first time we all went to visit them. We had 7 adults and 3 children. This house was an absolute dream! There is literally everything and any thing you could possibly need. It’s prime location and walking distance to the beach and many many restaurants. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this with no complaints.

An absolute gem!

This is one of the nicest VRBO properties that my family has stayed at. The house is exactly as advertised and honestly, probably more than advertised. The public beach access is almost directly across the street and there are some great shops and restaurants easily within walking distance. Even the things that aren’t within walking distance aren’t that far away. We will definitely be renting this place again if we decide on the Cocoa Beach area for a getaway.

Three generations of our family shared this great-attention-to-detail house, and we were all supremely pleased: hot water outdoor shower; heated pool; ample tables (2!) for our family of 15 to gather round; Eric LaMarr art; toys, games, silverware, & plates for the children; bunk room; spacious—the lanai, & the kitchen/living/dining room were our favorite places to be; kitchen equipment and linens thoughtfully supplied; swift & courteous response time of owner; tile floors throughout; incredibly clean; attractive & durable coastal decor; and close proximity to beach & to town.

Perfect!!

This was a perfect house for our family vacation!! Every detail in the house was thought out...large tables for dining (inside and out), very well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, silverware and cookware. Even a cart to use in the elevator to bring kitchen supplies and prepared food out to the pool area for lunch. Plenty of nice beach towels and toys. Restaurants are within walking distance. Beach access across the road. Tony was excellent at communication also. We hope to be back someday in the future. We would highly recommend renting this home!
