The location of this 1 bedroom condo at Sun N' Sound is, without a doubt, one of our prime assets. It offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. Situated on the waterfront of tranquil Block Island Sound, you'll relish the peaceful surroundings and enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves.
It is the ideal balance for a vacation – a peaceful retreat with easy access to everything you'll need. This perfect hideaway is the vacation destination for you. Summer fills up fast, don't wait!

Nestled between Culloden Shores and Montauk Harbor in the desirable Soundview Estates area, you'll be close to everything you desire. If you're looking for rest and relaxation, or would rather get-up-and-go, this perfect hideaway is the vacation destination for you.

After a fun-filled day, gaze upon incredible Sunsets from our back sun deck as you take in the beautiful panoramic views of the Long Island Sound. You can lay back, lounge, dine, fire up the charcoal barbecues, or sit by one of the fire pits, day and night.

This child-friendly vacation condo features a kitchenette and full bath. With 1 queen bed and a pull-out queen sofa-bed in a separate room.
The condo can sleep 4 adults.

A sliding glass door opens onto a private deck that is just steps from the heated, 20 foot by 40 foot, guest-only pool. The pool is surrounded by a spacious patio with lounge chairs and tables.

Montauk Harbor is just a short stroll away. Montauk is known as the “Fishing Capital of the World”. Sun N' Sound is a few minutes walk from fishing boats, fine dining, local seafood, shopping and outdoor concerts. We are also located a short drive from the village ("The Circle") of Montauk.

Easy walking distance to the Beach on the Sound, Montauk Harbor, Gosman's Dock / Pier & Shoppes, boutiques, restaurants, bike rental shop, charter boats,
Quick Mart Deli, Tony's Market, Kenny’s Castaways and Sundae Fundae…. And so much more.

There's also a skate park, 2 baseball fields, a soccer field, Montauk Downs, mini golf, and more nearby.

Visit the famed Montauk Lighthouse, or ferry over to historic Block Island, or maybe just take in the sights in town.... then return to the condo to enjoy the comfort, privacy, and relaxation you deserve.

The condo will be "ready to go" for your arrival... including linens, bath towels, kitchenware, cookware, utensils, etc.
For longer stays, full and/or partial maid service, if needed, is available for an additional fee. Arrangements can be made by guests in the business office on site.

Great views, ac worked perfect, convenient in and out. Kids enjoyed the pool. We drove to beach everyday. Ground floor unit with great back patio off the pool. We picked up cooked lobsters at gurneys market and had a perfect sunset dinner. We would definitely book again.

It was the perfect size for a quick 3 days getaway. Property was clean and cozy. The only criticism is that there is only one small pan for the oven and the grill is coal fired. Otherwise everything was provided. Great experience!

Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay down to the littlest detail ( cooking utensils, sponge dishsoap(which we forgot) hosts were more than helpful with any issues The pricing was off when finalized, but might have something to do with property manager but overall an excellent place to stay at I recommend this to anyone that wants good value for your money !!!

Greay for fishing trip!

I came to Montauk for a Striped Bass tournament. This location was killer for me and a friend to have a home base to take showers, nap comfortably, and refuel between tides. Would recommend, especially if youre doing the same!

Love staying at Sal’s MTK condo

This is our second time staying at Sal’s condo in Montauk. It’s located in quiet and quaint north Montauk. It’s clean, spacious and cozy. Sal is very easy to work with and was very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. We will definitely be back again next summer!

Excellent accommodations. Very clean. Everything you need for a weekend getaway or a week long stay. It would be a benefit for the tv to be updated. “ Need a smart Tv for streaming” Plenty of channels but old tv. Cooking utensils are great but an added steak knife set would be a benefit. Will definitely be back next year

We had a nice stay at this property. I will say the place is small, and was fine for the two of us but I could not imagine being there with more than 2 people. It was also very dark, minimal lighting and felt too cramped/dark at night to hang out there . The unit was not directly on the water as we had hoped but the chairs/tables on the water were plentiful and nice to enjoy. Overall it served its purpose and was a nice stay!
