Cocoonr offers this charming 39 mÂČ flat for rent in PlĂ©neuf-Val-AndrĂ©, in the Val AndrĂ© hyper centre with immediate access to the central beach, shops and casino. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 25 mÂČ living room with fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is made up as follows:
- A 25 mÂČ living room with a double sofa bed, coffee table and TV unit.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- A separate WC

Outside area :
- An 8 mÂČ balcony to enjoy the fine weather. A table, two chairs and a deckchair are available.

The flat is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, an ice-cream parlour and a market.

Un appartement spacieux, bien décoré et équipé. Emplacement idéal à 2 pas de la plage, de quelques commerces de proximité et d'un grand parking. L'accÚs en toute autonomie est vraiment pratique et l'agence qui gÚre ce bien est trÚs réactive et arrangeante.

trĂšs bon sĂ©jour de 7 jours, la situation de l'appartement dans le village est idĂ©al : proximitĂ© avec tout, la plage, les commerces. Parking gratuit juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, au Casino de PlĂ©neuf. Appartement trĂšs joliment dĂ©corĂ©, literie impeccable, cuisine complĂšte avec four, four micro onde, quatre plaques vitrocĂ©rame, congĂ©lateur, lave vaisselle, lave linge. Tout confort. On peut vider sa valise et ranger ses affaires, il y a des cintres et de la place. RĂ©activitĂ© de l'agence Cocoonr : on avait un problĂšme de machine Ă  cafĂ©, un trĂšs gentil technicien est venu rapidement nous dĂ©panner. Par contre les clĂ©s sont Ă  retirer au village d'Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, pas trĂšs loin, mais il faut quand mĂȘme une voiture. Je recommande cet appartement et reviendrai avec plaisir.

En 10 minutes , la douche aurait Ă©tĂ© nickel. cela n'a pas Ă©tĂ© fait . Une personne est bien passer pour s'occuper de ce problĂšme , mais sans le produit et matĂ©riel adĂ©quat . Compte tenu du prix de la location, cette ""excuse "" qui n'en est pas une n'est pas retenue."
